CANCELLATION POLICY: If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 14 days prior to your arrival date for a refund of your deposit less a $50 handling fee for 1-3 night stay. In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than 14 days notice, shorten your stay or check-out early, regardless of the reason, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. Guest request and acceptance of a guaranteed room reservation constitutes a binding contract between guest and Sunny Side Up B&B.; A non-refundable deposit also applies to ALL holiday weekend reservations.
